Let's take a look at what a typical day looks like for your dog when they board with us:
8:30-9:00 AM: Rise and Shine
Our canine guests wake up to a brand new day in their cozy rooms. They are greeted by our friendly staff members who deliver their breakfasts. We make sure to accommodate any specific dietary requirements or preferences your dog may have, please make sure to keep their online profile up to date.
Morning Playtime and Room Cleaning
After breakfast, it's time for some fun! Our guests head outside to our secure play areas where they can stretch their legs, relieve themselves, and engage in supervised playtime. Meanwhile, our dedicated cleaning team ensures that their rooms are kept tidy and fresh, creating a comfortable environment for their return.
Lunchtime Treats and Health Checks
Our furry friends receive delicious and healthy treats to keep their energy levels up. While they enjoy their snacks, our caring staff members conduct routine health checks to ensure that everyone is in good shape and free from any signs of discomfort or illness. We believe in providing comprehensive care for your dog's well-being.
Afternoon Activities
The afternoon is packed with exciting activities and additional services to keep our guests entertained. They have the opportunity to participate in adventure walks, where they can explore new sights and smells under the watchful eye of our experienced handlers. For those who enjoy a dip, we offer swimming sessions in our heated swimming pool maintained at 28 degrees and have some aquatic fun. Additionally, we provide dedicated playtime sessions catered to your dog's individual preferences. And for those in need of a little pampering, our spa grooms are available to keep them looking and feeling their best.
Tea Time and Evening Play
As the day winds down, it's time for a satisfying dinner served in the comfort of their rooms. We understand the importance of a healthy and balanced diet, so our meals are carefully prepared to meet their nutritional requirements. After dinner, there's another round of play and toilet time to ensure they are comfortable and content.
Evening Routine and Bedtime
As the offsite staff members leave in the evening, our dedicated on-site team takes over to ensure that all our guests are well taken care of. Around 9:00 PM, we conduct a final check on everyone, ensuring their safety and well-being. We distribute dentasticks and chews to those who have them (and a biscuit from us for those that don’t, no one mises out!) and provide a soothing bedtime routine. Lights are then turned off, and it's time for a good night's sleep.
Overnight Care and Morning Routine
Throughout the night, we maintain a watchful eye on our guests. Our bedroom window overlooks the premises, enabling us to promptly respond to any noise. If any dog becomes upset or anxious during the night, we immediately intervene, provide comfort, and help them settle back down. Although this is a very rare occurrence, we prioritize their emotional well-being over our sleep!
